Terms & Policy Trust is our foundation. We are committed to transparency, fairness and respect in every transaction. Please take a moment to review our policy before purchasing. I. Wallet & Balance Funds added to your wallet are stored as store credit and can be used for any product. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred as cash. II. Refunds If you experience an issue with a purchase and less than half of its duration has been used, you may request a refund of 50% of its value, credited to your wallet. Refunds are not available once more than half of the duration has passed. III. Warranty Each product displays its warranty period clearly before purchase. Should a covered issue arise within that period, we will either replace the product promptly or, at your choice, credit its remaining value to your wallet. Products listed with no warranty are sold as-is, and replacement or compensation does not apply. The warranty is void if the account details are changed (email, password, region, profiles or plan) or if the product is used against its stated conditions. IV. Reporting an Issue Please contact support within 24 hours of noticing a problem, including your order number and a screenshot or short video. Clear evidence allows us to resolve your request quickly. V. Your Responsibility Kindly review the product description, duration and warranty before confirming your order. Purchases made in error, or without reviewing the product details, are not eligible for refund or exchange. VI. Privacy Your personal information is never shared or sold. Purchases may appear anonymously in our sales channel, without names, prices or account details. VII. Conduct We treat every client with respect and ask for the same in return. Abusive language, threats or false claims will result in the loss of warranty rights and may lead to account suspension. VIII. Agreement By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always available here.
